Email us at rally@softailed.com. Tell us which watch and phone you use, the watchOS and iOS versions, the sport you were scoring and what happened. A screenshot helps.

What Rally is

Rally is a score keeper for racket and net sports, made by Fenger Digital GmbH in Germany. You tap on your Apple Watch to record a point and Rally derives games, sets, serve rotation and side switches from the rules of the sport: padel, tennis, pickleball, table tennis, badminton, squash, volleyball, or a custom sport of your own. Your iPhone shows the watch's score courtside, and an iPhone or iPad can also score a match on its own. Without Rally Pro you score 5 matches a month, counted across your watch and iPhone and starting over each calendar month, and see the last 30 days of history. Rally Pro adds unlimited matches and history, live sharing with a 6-digit code and stats. Following a shared match is always free.

Common questions

My purchase did not unlock Pro. Open Rally on your iPhone, go to Settings, tap Get Rally Pro and use Restore purchases under the purchase button. If Pro still does not unlock, email us from an address we can answer and we will sort it out with Apple's records.

I want my data removed. Rally keeps your matches only on your devices. Deleting the app removes them, and Settings > Reset app with Also delete match history turned on removes them while keeping the app. The one record that lives elsewhere, the purchase record at RevenueCat, is deleted on request by email. Details are in the privacy policy.

Where are my older matches? Without Rally Pro, History shows the last 30 days. Older matches stay stored on your device, nothing is deleted, and Rally Pro shows them again.

The share link says there is no live match. A share lives only while the host's match is running. When the host ends the match or stops sharing, the code stops working, and sharing again gives a new code.

Can I share without my iPhone? Yes. When you score on the watch, the watch sends the score itself: through your iPhone when it is near, otherwise over Wi-Fi or cellular. Tap Share live on the watch and pass on the code. The watch needs to have been near your iPhone within the last five weeks, so it knows you have Rally Pro. With no connection at all you keep scoring, and the score catches up once the watch is online again. Players who followed can save the result to their History once the finished match has reached your iPhone, within 24 hours of the end.

Where are my heart rate and calories? They are recorded through Apple Health on the watch and stay there. Rally never uploads them, and you manage or delete them in the Health app.

The privacy policy explains what stays on your device and what a live share sends; the terms of use cover Rally Pro and the ground rules for sharing. The company details are in the legal notice.
